Hi so I recent got a Elgato HD60 S and I connect the in to my computer and the out to my monitor with the usb plugged into a 3.0 and I’m still getting a black screen in the Elgato 4K Capture Utility and any thing else I try to view it in. WebMy 4K60 Pro MK.2 has been working great for the last couple of months, but all of a sudden now all I get is a black screen when I try and stream from it using the 4K Capture Utility. I know it's not the HDCP setting as I've already tried toggling it on then back off and I tried reinstalling the Capture Utility from scratch but still no dice.
