I used to use aniseed flavoured groundbait all the time. dont really know if it helped my catch rate, as i am such a crap angler i wouldn't notice. i also used to flavour my maggots with aniseed. ------------------. dave kennedy.

You should not get through a pint and a half of maggots in a five-hour session, and a pint of hemp if you are feeding it correctly.
