Paco is the maker of some of the nicest .410 and 28 ga loading hand tools out there. I ordered a set of his .410 tools this week and am waiting for him to complete them. Tools like this don't work well on 22 mag or CF ammo. 22 LR is heeled, so there is support when you press in the punch. The 22 Mag and cf rounds tend to just punch the bullet into the case.
