Initially, some clients require individual therapy for a limited time before they can engage in a therapy group. Some clients benefit from complementary individual sessions while in group therapy. WebThe use of these action-based processes moves the group experience beyond words and into action, taking us places that would have been impossible otherwise. One of the areas that I find sociometry and psychodrama to be most impactful is working with grief and loss.
