The adjuster said it was approved. Roto rooter did not tell me or ask for additional money was needed. WebRoto Rooter agreed to bill my insurance company, State Farm, directly -- and their sales rep verbally represented that they wouldn't charge me for the difference. State Farm sent an adjuster to inspect and make their own measurements. Roto Rooter billed $11K and State Farm agreed to pay $5K based on their assessment.
