Refund & Returns Policy
1. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened, used, or tampered with.
2. Return Eligibility
Return requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The wrong item was delivered.

The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
3. Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise any return request on the same day of delivery or within 24–48 hours maximum.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers should contact our Customer Care Team with the Order ID, product images, and reason for return.
Once verified and approved, the courier will collect the product in its original sealed condition.
5. Refund / Replacement
Approved returns will be processed for either a replacement or store credit/refund, depending on product availability and company policy.
6. Important Note
Products that are opened, used, or missing original packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.
